Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via Croatian Post (economy tracked), and we currently only ship to the countries listed below.
We aim to process all orders within 2 -3 working days.
If your email address is provided you will receive an email with your tracking information upon items being processed for pick up by the courier.
Shipping rates for New Zealand and Australia:
- Economy Tracked shipping for all orders is 7 EUR
Customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.
Croatian Post aims to deliver the parcels within 15 business days, but cannot guarantee it, as unforeseen circumstances can happen any time.

If items are lost or delivered to the wrong address please get in touch with NZ Post then myself at info@illyriangems.com and we will try our best to help you resolve this with NZ Post.
Please check orders ASAP on arrival to ensure your items are correct and undamaged. If you do come across any other shipping issues, please message us at info@illyriangems.com so we can resolve this issue for you. Photos of items upon receiving them as proof is necessary for taking any issues further.
We hand deliver all parcels to the post office or have the courier pick them up from us - with the same address you provided us on your order.
We cannot however be held responsible for:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied with your order
- delays / issues with the carrier
- parcels which are lost or stolen
- parcels which get delivered but go missing (presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps)
As we are not responsible for lost or stolen package, we cannot issue refunds for them. Please check with the carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
